payments are processed immediately upon checkout. all payment gateways are encrypted and pci compliant. we do not store or access your full card details.
payment availability
we do not currently support orders from russia or belarus due to international restrictions. orders from these regions will not be processed.
taxes & currency
all prices are listed without vat or sales tax. if applicable, local taxes may be collected at checkout depending on your region.
payments are charged in usd. currency conversion fees may apply based on your bank or card provider.
refunds
if your order is canceled or refunded, the original payment method will be credited. refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. initiated refunds cannot be reversed.

why was my card declined?
check that your card info is correct and your card supports online/international payments. also ensure there are no spending limits or security blocks from your bank.

immediately after placing your order. we do not offer delayed or post-payment methods unless supported by klarna or shop pay.

yes. solana pay supports payments in sol, usdc, eth, and btc.
can i pay in my local currency?
all orders are processed in usd. if your card is in another currency, your bank will handle the conversion.
do you accept pre-paid or virtual cards?
most of them, yes. but some may be declined by the payment provider — we recommend using a regular bank card for best results.
can i split my payment into installments?
klarna and shop pay may offer pay-in-4 or installment options in supported regions. availability depends on your location and eligibility.
do you charge any extra fees for payments?
we don’t charge payment fees. however, your bank or provider might charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

we accept most international cards, but currently do not support orders from russia or belarus.
