at mamlaka, each item is made individually for you, using the print-on-demand method. we care deeply about quality and customer satisfaction — and we’ll make it right if something goes wrong.
when can you request a return or replacement?
we accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

you received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)

the product is damaged (during production or shipping)

the print or embroidery is flawed

the item has manufacturing defects
if any of the above applies to your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
we will review the case and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

about general returns
since all mamlaka products are made to order and individually printed or embroidered, they are considered custom-made.
this means we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

“i changed my mind”
-
“i don’t like the style or fit”
-
“i ordered the wrong size”
legal note for european union customers
according to directive 2011/83/eu on consumer rights, customers in the european union usually have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.
however, article 16(c) of the directive clearly states that this does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
since all our products are made on demand and customized per order, they fall under this exception.
global legal context
many other countries also exclude custom-made items from standard return rights, including:

united kingdom: under the consumer contracts regulations (2013)

united states & canada: no mandatory returns for custom items unless defective

australia & new zealand: returns only apply if goods are faulty under consumer law
